• In the rare event that your artwork suffers damage during transit, please take clear photos of both the package and the item as it was received. Email the photos, along with a description of the damage to payalhattarart@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the material, and if it’s determined that the damage occurred during shipping, we will offer a resolution. To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
